Hypokalemia (low potassium levels in the blood), which can cause muscle weakness, cramps, or irregular heartbeats. Mental/mood changes such as confusion or hallucinations. Precautions Driving/Operating Machinery: Avoid these activities if you experience dizziness or drowsiness. Alcohol: Limit or avoid alcohol consumption, as it can worsen dizziness and sleepiness.
